Communications & System Design
Project Lead of this three-phased Communication System and Re-Design project. Over the course of 3 years, numerous design research and testing were conducted with investors and internal stakeholders to improve usability of client communication artifacts, minimize complaints, better manage customer expectations, and enhance brand loyalty.
Value-Proposition Design
Project Lead of this 2 year long, 3 parted project to define and design a user-centric EV charging experience for drivers and Taxi-drivers in Hong Kong. Conducted multiple design research with EV and non-EV drivers, representatives from bbTV Mall and SF Express to better understand future needs and considerations to inform a holistic and future-proof EV Charging service design.
Design-for-Impact Staff Activation
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 and 𝗖𝗼-𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 of these two full-day workshops designed to empower and inspire their teams of young engineers to employ Design Thinking in a new and innovative way. Participants felt the workshop was very well organised and, the experience increased their knowledge, understanding and confidence in using Design Thinking.
Citizen-Centric User Research
Project Lead of this citizen-centric service design project in collaboration with the Hong Kong Observatory. Conducted extensive internal and external stakeholder design research and testing with over 20 stakeholders, and a citizen x government co-design workshop to inform a feasible new design direction and desired features for the official regional weather information portal.

External Advisor of AIESEC at HKU and Design Thinking Coach to AIESEC-HK, a university student-led NGO, providing workshop design, Train-The-Trainer coaching, and Chief Facilitator of their annual flagship events 'Youthpreneur!' and 'Youth-To-Sustainability'.

External Advisor of AIESEC Mainland of China, providing Design Thinking training, cultural exchange experience design consultancy, and Chief Facilitator of 'Seeds For The Future' and 'Bring you to China' initiatives.

Volunteer Experience Design Consultant of Engineers Without Borders - HK, a global NGO, as well as Programme Advisor and Design & Systems Thinking coach of their annual flagship Global Citizenship Programme, supporting them with Volunteer team formation and building, as well as strategic learning experience design.
Student-Centric Education Advisory
Course and Programme Advisor to Professor Chen at the Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong, advising courses and programmes for M.Ed. students and Secondary students, with a focus on cohesive learning experience design and human-centered critical thinking approaches with reference to Universal Design for Learning.
