'Train-The-Trainer' for Teachers
Train The Trainers: Design Thinking for Education to 10 current teachers.
In 6 hours,
👂 based on several design research interviews with local students, the teams of teachers and part-time lecturers ✍ mapped out a typical day of a student at school.
🔎 Focusing on the challenge in staying focused in class, the teams developed 16 How Might Wes, and prioritised 2 to 🛠 prototype with.
👨🏫 👨🔬 Two non-education industry partners offered market perspectives and feedback during 3 rounds of rapid 🏃♀️ prototyping
⏱ Within 60 minutes, the teams came up with 16 ideas and concluded on 6 ideas with proposed testing 📏 approaches.

'Train-The-Trainer' for Undergraduate Facilitators
Coached 20 undergraduate students from AIESEC-HK to be Design & Systems Thinking facilitators to 100 local primary students.
In 4.5hours,
❤️ Empathized with the delegates (students in Form 5 and 6) of the summit, so that we can be more connected with them without assumption or judgment.
🏃♀️ Experienced the delegates' Changemaker' journey later in June, so that we can facilitate them to open their mind and hearts to innovate for a better HK.
🛠 Equipped ourselves with the essential Design & Systems Thinking mindsets and tools, so that we can provide the necessary guidance and support on the delegates' innovation journey.
